For our location in Ortenberg, we are looking for a full-time position as soon as possible
HR Officer (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Providing guidance and support to staff on HR-related matters
- Preparing certificates and HR documentation
- Maintaining personnel files and time records (Tisoware)
- Preparing and processing payroll
- Managing the applicant management and recruitment process
- Organising onboarding and induction processes
- Developing and implementing HR processes
- Acting as the point of contact for employment law matters
Your qualifications:
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or degree with a focus on human resources
- Several years’ experience in human resources
- A structured, discreet and independent approach to work
- Proficiency in payroll software, ideally DATEV
- Knowledge of employment law would be an advantage
- Strong communication skills and organisational talent
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Team spirit, reliability and flexibility
- Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
