A warm welcome to the team! In the first week of September, our new trainees began their training at Joseph Westiform GmbH: Eleonore and Pepe are training to become industrial clerks, Jannik is training to become an industrial mechanic, and Luisa is on a dual degree programme in Business Administration – Technical Management.

The first week is always dedicated to onboarding and getting to know each other. Following a general introductory session and a tour of our production facility on the first day, they met all the staff in the administration department. The rest of the week was spent in production, where they gained their first insights into the manufacturing processes for our corporate design products and technical solutions across the various departments. In the second week of September, they began their training in their first specialist departments: Eleonore in Marketing and Pepe in Production Planning.
